Formed in 1980, Bromsgrove Operatic Society has grown in strength and popularity ever since. We now put on one major show in the spring of every year, and a smaller Concert in the Autumn. We also arrange the occasional social activities, theatre trips, quiz nights, and workshops which often double as fund raisers.

BOS is affiliated to NODA (the National Operatic and Dramatic Association), the umbrella organisation for members of amateur and dramatic societies.
